How to redeem

1. 1Online: 1. Make your selections online at https://www.crateandbarrel.com and proceed to Checkout as usual. 2. On the Payment page, enter your eGift Card Number and PIN. 3. Then click Apply Gift Card. 4. If you have more than one eGift Card, enter the information for each card you wish to use. Our system will perform the appropriate calculations. 5. eGift Cards may be used in combination with a credit card to complete your transaction. In store: 1. At the POS/Checkout, please provide the store associate the eGift Card on your mobile device or the printed eGift Card. 2. Ensure the eGift Card number and PIN are readable. 3.
